Spa Parties On the Go – In-Home & Private Events

We specialize in massage therapy-focused spa parties for at-home gatherings and private venues. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, or simply looking for a relaxing retreat with friends, our team brings the luxury spa experience to you.

📍 Location

• Specify the state and city where the spa party will take place (home, building, or venue).
• If held at a venue or building, please provide entry instructions and details on any parking fees.

👥 Guest Attendance

• Indicate the number of guests receiving services.
• Important: If guests do not show up or choose not to receive services on the day of the event, there will be no refunds, as we staff and coordinate based on your confirmed request, including travel time.
• Scheduling Tip: If your invite states an 11 AM start time, we recommend scheduling our services to begin at 12:30 PM to allow time for guests to settle in and for us to complete setup.

🅿️ Parking Fees & Instructions

• Provide details on parking fees and entry access (home, building, or venue) to ensure smooth arrival and proper planning.
• If applicable, parking fees will be added to the invoice.

💳 Deposit & Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due the day before or at the latest, the morning of the event. This ensures a smooth experience, allowing the host to focus on guests.

❗ Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If the event is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date, the deposit will be held as a credit for a future booking since we understand that life happens.
• If the event is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit is non-refundable as our therapists and scheduling are secured in advance.
• If a therapist does not show up, does not complete their scheduled hour, or fails to perform their duties, a refund will be issued for the affected time.
